    • Directly from website portal: being connected with enterprise website, CRM can collect customers who download data, book products or fill in investigation sheet on the website. As long as your website is online, customer information will be directly input in the potential customer list for sales person to contact.
    • Manual input by sales person: such as collected name cards, etc.
    • Batch input of existing customer list in excel file.
